I'm pretty fed up wearing a suit in my career. Pointless in most cases as I'm not customer facing, and like many out there, pretty much office based most of the time. Attitudes are changing slowly, ties are for the majority of us dead, and ultimately most of us are every day only simply dressing for other peoples outmoded policies and inadequacies.
A good article shared by others which hopefully others will continue to share and some employers may wake up to realise that the clothes, most certainly do not maketh the man. (or woman).
